Meet your wellbeing coach
Jill Heins
Jill Heins is the founder of Flourishing Labs and the creator of the PERMA-V Wellbeing Skills Discovery. She has 18 years’ experience in wellbeing assessment, coaching, and consulting for companies like Zoom, American Express, and Siemens.
Built from Post-Traumatic Growth and a Mission to Serve
Jill combines deep expertise with personal insight, having navigated burnout and post-traumatic growth herself. Jill holds a Certification in Applied Positive Psychology from the Flourishing Center and the University of Oxford and has been recognised with multiple awards for her work in psychometrics.

Module 1: An introduction
We’ll start by introducing the Advanced Skills of the PERMA-V Model. This programme builds on the basic skills we learned in 101.
Mind Mastery through Cognitive Disputation
Learn the science of Preventative Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Have greater control of your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Keep your mood stable, your mind sharp, and show up in the word the way you want to.
Module 2: Positivity
Creating More Space for Play in Your Life
As adults, our lives become ruled by goal-driven, structured activities aimed at getting things done so our minds struggle to relax. Lean strategies to engage in freer, deeper forms of play to spark more joy, wonder, creativity, and flow.
Module 3: Engagement
Transform Conflict Using Non-Violent Communication
Research shows that conflict stems not from one person's negative outward behaviours, but a deeper sense of unmet needs. Learn to better understand others' intrinsic needs and apply a practical framework for conflict resolution that transforms heated discussions into moments of empathy, healthy difference, and collaboration.

Harness Appreciative Inquiry to Manifest Your Best Life.
Most people create goals to solve problems or fill a missing gap. What if we can turn visioning on it's head and explore how we can transform our life, not from -10 to 10 but from 10 to 1,000? Learn how to apply the powerful Appreciate Inquiry framework to supercharge your your life, relationships, and career.
Module 6: Achievement
Manipulating Fascia for Calm.
Leisure & Spa Centres deem fascia as the future of de-stressing, calming & down-regulating our over-hyped nervous systems. Join a mini-retreat and 10 practical activities to manipulate your fascia and induce calm whatever situation you're in.
Module 7: Vitality
Capstone Project & Graduation.
We will end our journey by manifesting one key habit, output, or initiative to bring together all your learnings from the program.
