Vinyasa Yoga & Gratitude Meditation

Move with purpose. We’ll focus on functional range of motion, strengthening the muscles that support your joints.

  • It’s about more than just flexibility—it’s about moving through life with ease and confidence.

  • We will end the session with a gratitude meditation practice to elicit calm, positivity, and awareness of how gifted we are to have a strong and able body.

  • Afterwards, stick around for the Monthly Community Social. It will be a potluck lunch so you’re welcome to bring any food or drinks you’d like to share with the community.

  • This event is for Stratford Residents only. This event is free and is generously sponsored by Get Living London.
