Jill Christine Montellano
Jill is the founder of Flourishing Labs and the creator of the PERMA-V Wellbeing Skills Discovery. She has 18 years’ experience in wellbeing assessment, coaching, and consulting for companies like Zoom, American Express, and Siemens.
Built from Post-Traumatic Growth and a Mission to Serve
Jill combines deep expertise with personal insight, having navigated burnout and post-traumatic growth herself. Jill holds a Certification in Applied Positive Psychology from the Flourishing Center and the University of Oxford and has been recognised with multiple awards for her work in psychometrics.
The PERMA-V Wellbeing Skills Discovery was created to make positive psychology practical and accessible to everyone. By translating the six PERMA-V pathways into 60 actionable skills, the tool helps people understand their strengths, see where they can grow, and take meaningful steps toward greater wellbeing—bringing science to life in a simple, human way.
