Learn how to apply the powerful Appreciate Inquiry framework to supercharge your your life, relationships, and career.

    Manipulating Fascia for Calm.

    Leisure & Spa Centres deem fascia as the future of de-stressing, calming & down-regulating our over-hyped nervous systems. Join a mini-retreat and 10 practical activities to manipulate your fascia and induce calm whatever situation you're in. 

  • MODULE 8

    Capstone Project & Graduation.

    Manifest one key habit / output / initiative to bring together all your learnings from the program.
